When we receive an application for your property, we will order background, eviction and credit checks. We will verify the applicant’s income with their employer and review their rental history. We weed out any applicants with low credit scores, poor rental history or issues that show up on a background check. If everything appears to be in order with the applicant, we will call you to discuss their qualifications and approval.
Once an applicant is approved, we will draw up a lease agreement and send it to you for electronic signature. Only after you have approved and signed the lease will it go to the tenant for execution. You will automatically receive a copy of the lease for your records as soon as the tenant signs.
